The Healthplex Sports Club’s HPX Fitness Program Receives “Best of Main Line” Honors for 2019
Readers and critics of Main Line Today recently nominated the Healthplex Sports Club HPX Classes “Best of the Main Line & Western Suburbs 2019” for the High-Intensity Interval Training category.
What is HIIT?
HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which the idea is quick bursts of intense exercise balanced by short periods of recovery. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. HIIT also provides a very efficient total body workout in a short period of time.
