Red Hot Dance Fitness


Red Hot Dance Fitness is a dance-based fitness class for anyone that loves music and movement. This class is an invigorating, exhilarating, liberating and calorie burning dance party that will have you addicted from the first beat!

Beginners build confidence with easy to follow dance moves set to your favorite songs, while more difficult choreography is layered in so the advanced dancer can be challenged. Routines are choreographed to the latest hit songs on the radio.

Red Hot Dance Fitness at the Healthplex

Red Hot Dance Fitness was created by Christine Gallagher DeFilippis, a fitness and dance expert, choreographer and writer. Formally trained in NYC and Philadelphia, she danced competitively with the nationally ranked NCAA Temple University Diamond Gems while an undergrad pursuing a Journalism degree.

With over 20 years of teaching experience, she combined her passion and expertise in the fields of dance and fitness to create the Red Hot Dance Fitness program.
